Settlement Services
We introduced settlement services to our portfolio of companies in 2021 with LG Settlement Services, LLC. LG Settlement Services is able to perform settlement services on both residential and commercial transactions, but having these services available for our in-house transactions greatly improves our operating efficiency.Â
